Joel Tronoff

Joel Tronoff is a Brisbane-based cinematographer and director. For several years Joel filmed weddings around the world before making a foray into arts and commercial filming. Since then, he has worked with brands such as Microsoft, Cancer Council, QUT, Libra, and Brisbane City Council, as well as filming for leading organizations such as Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Australian Institute of Sport, Queensland Theatre Company, Queensland Ballet, and HOTA.

As a cinematographer, Joel is known for his elegant aesthetic and narrative storytelling. Joel has also worked as a Director of Photography on several award-winning short films.
